PADI Night Diver
The aim of the PADI specialty courses is to safely educate those divers that want to learn about the knowledge, planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and risks in different areas of diving. When you sign up for a PADI specialty course, you will learn all there is to know in that particular area. The number of dives can vary from 2 to 4 depending on the specialty course chosen. Minimum ages depend on the specific course.
What is it?
As the sun sets, you don your dive gear, slip on your scuba mask and test your regulator. A deep breath and you step off the boat – into the underwater night.
What you learn
Although you’ve seen this reef many times before, this time you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light.
You will learn planning and logistics for the night dive, the underwater navigation and special equipment you need for successful night dives.
Number of dives in the course: 3. Equipment for night dive and torch Entry and exit points and navigation Underwater night life Communication with torch at night. You will need; Night-Pack, where inside you will find the manual and video. The certification has credit towards the Master Scuba Diver.
- You have to be PADI Open Water Diver.
- Or a certification equivalente from another organisation.
- At least 12 years old.
